Sinter 2026 – THE Metal Clay event of the year.
And what a fantastic event it was! Sinter 2026, presented by the Alliance for Metal Clay Arts Worldwide (AMCAW), and sponsored by Art Clay World, CoolTools, TextureSmith.com and others, was held in Orlando Florida May 13-19.
Classes and Presentations
It was an exciting week packed with presentations and classes by some of the top names in metal clay, including our own Patrik Kusek. Patrik’s 2-day class, Granulation On Metal Clay left both beginners and advanced students with new skills and a beautiful pendant.

In addition to hands-on classes, many of the instructors also gave presentations on specific topics of interest. Patrik’s Textures in Metal Clay provided attendees with new sources for textures, as well as plenty of inspiration to go out and create their own.
The Sinter Marketplace
The vendor’s marketplace was a big hit with booths featuring Art Clay World, Clay Revolution, Horizon Mineral and yours truly, TextureSmith.com.

The Beach Party
The Beach Party had everyone shaking their grass skirts and having a great time! Dice Minagawa from Art Clay won the hulu contest, with our own Steven Kusek coming in a distant 2nd.
